摘 要

民以食為天，餐飲業(yè)一直是與人們日常生活息息相關的產業(yè)。傳統(tǒng)的電話訂餐或者到店消費已經不能適應市場發(fā)展的需求。隨著網絡的迅速崛起，互聯網日益成為提供信息的最佳俱渠道和逐步走向傳統(tǒng)的流通領域，傳統(tǒng)的餐飲業(yè)進而也面臨著巨大的挑戰(zhàn)，此時推出網絡訂餐非常適時。

與傳統(tǒng)的電話訂餐以及去店里訂餐的方式相比，網絡訂餐有著自己獨特的優(yōu)點——直觀、互動性強、成本低、方便快捷。顧客可以及時了解到最新商品，及時反饋商家的服務；也能在商家營業(yè)的任何時候下單，并且自由決定送餐時間，這對于消費者也是更好的服務。對于商家來說，也可以更方便地留住有價值的客戶，挖掘潛在客戶等。網絡點餐提供圖文并茂，及時更新的豐富消息，這一定程度上給客戶更多的選擇權和自由權。目前網絡點餐形式主要有商家入駐APP、自己創(chuàng)建店鋪的小程序等訂餐小程序開發(fā)使系統(tǒng)能夠更加方便快捷，同時也促使訂餐小程序變的更加系統(tǒng)化、有序化。系統(tǒng)界面較友好，易于操作。具體在系統(tǒng)設計上，客戶端使用微信開發(fā)者，后臺也使用java技術在動態(tài)頁面上進行了設計，Mysql數據庫，是一個非常優(yōu)秀的訂餐系統(tǒng)小程序

The traditional catering industry is also facing great challenges. At this time, it is very timely to launch online ordering.

Compared with the traditional way of telephone ordering and ordering in the store, online ordering has its own unique advantages – intuitive, interactive, low cost, convenient and fast. Customers can know the latest products in time and feed back the service of the business in time; they can also place orders at any time when the business is open and freely decide the meal delivery time, which is also a better service for consumers. 訂餐小程序主要是為了提高用戶的工作效率和更方便快捷的滿足用戶，更好存儲所有數據信息及快速方便的檢索功能，對訂餐小程序的各個模塊是通過許多今天的發(fā)達訂餐小程序做出合理的分析來確定考慮用戶的可操作性，遵循開發(fā)的系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化的原則，經過全面的調查和研究。

訂餐小程序所要實現的功能分析，對于現在網絡方便，訂餐小程序要實現管理員、用戶可以直接在平臺上進行查看自己所需數據信息，這樣既能節(jié)省管理的時間，不用再像傳統(tǒng)的方式，如果用戶想要進行交流信息，必須雙方見面進行溝通交流所需的信息，由于很多用戶時間的原因，沒有辦法進行見面溝通交流，真的很難滿足用戶的各種需求。所以訂餐小程序的開發(fā)不僅僅是能滿足用戶的需求，還能提高用戶的使用率。所以系統(tǒng)管理必須要更快捷、有效、長期地為用戶或潛在用戶傳遞信息。建立一個訂餐小程序更好的交流平臺，提高系統(tǒng)對用戶交流后的信息服務的效率。此系統(tǒng)可以滿足大多數用戶所提出的問題，用戶可以根據自身的需求獲取相應的服務，為系統(tǒng)管理提供了快捷的途徑。

訂餐小程序用戶端要求在系統(tǒng)的安卓手機上可以運行，主要實現了線上訂餐和配送等相關信息的查看，并且根據需求進行對管理服務端；首頁、個人中心、用戶管理、菜品分類管理、菜品信息管理、訂單信息管理、配送信息管理、菜品評價管理、訂單投訴管理、系統(tǒng)管理，用戶微信端；首頁、菜品信息、菜品資訊、我的（個人信息、菜品信息、訂單信息、配送信息、菜品評價、訂單投訴、我的收藏管理、客服）等主要功能模塊的操作和管理。
